Well, here are some more of the latest pictures of the kids. Avery has started sitting alone just recently for a few seconds at a time and has been able to stand alone holding onto something for a while now. The picture of her standing is kind of a bad one (you can't see the kids' faces) but it's the only one i have. She can sit for longer with very little support, like a pillow behind her or something. It's hard to believe that she is already 5 1/2 months old!!! and Jackson is 2 1/2! Wow, how time flies! The picture of Jackson in Avery's swing is hilarious. I honestly don't know how he got in there, but he sure couldn't get out. As you can also see, he was caught "tasting" his red marker that day too and it didn't wash off! Oh well, kids will be kids. It was bound to happen. I think he's over it now cause he told me it tasted "yucky". Well, enjoy the pictures!

Well, here are MORE pictures! I'll explain the first one. Jackson does this thing where he lines everything up. Some of you know this already. Maybe you remember one picture I sent out where he had lined up his mandarin orange slices and i took a pic cause it was so funny! He then ate them in sequence. Anway, this day, he lined up all the out of place toys in the living room and wanted me to take a picture of it! The thrid picture is Avery with her favorite toy and the last one is of the cookies we made for Jackson's Valentine's Day party with his playgroup. There were way more animals and lots of each but we took the picture after we got home and there were hardly any left! They were a big hit! Enjoy the pics!

Hello all, here are some recent pictures of Jackson and Avery. Jackson made the card you saw for his Uncle Graybo (Jody's 6 year old brother) for his birthday and we sent it with his present in the mail. Jackson had fun at the post office learning how it worked, well, as much as I could explain it to him, but got a little upset when the clerk wanted to take the box to put it in the back. He kept saying, no, momma, dabo's (graybo's) dedent (present)." I finally convinced him that the clerk was going to deliver it to Graybo, but he was still a little skeptical. The other picture of Jackson sleeping is funny because I woke up in the morning one morning to find him asleep on the stairs in our living room. I have no idea how long he was out there but I have a feeling he got up a little earlier than he should have and fell back asleep before he could wake me up. Anyway, the pictures of Avery are pretty self explanatory. Enjoy!

Caydin's bday: Part 1 of 2

Well, these pictures are from Jackson's friend Caydin's birthday party. It was held in the Medicine Hat Lodge at the waterslides. Jackson is really getting good in the water. He can float on his back by moving his arms and legs like he is making a snow angel. He is constantly coming up to Jody and I for a few days after he goes swimming and showing us how he swims by laying on the floor and making the movements. It's really funny! My sister took him up the waterslides this time so I could tend to Avery, who needed her Mommy cause she didn't take to the loud noises of the kids screaming and waterslides creaking. It even gave me a bit of a headache so I can imagine why she was upset. Oh well, Jackson had a blast with his Auntie and she got a good workout! He sure has alot of energy! He probably climbed those stairs about 30 times without stopping. Anyway, enjoy these pics and the many to come!
